Yes it is. Our work is completely confidential. A person under surveillance will never know that you are interested. Also we do not give information which you have provided, to anyone else. Information gathered from our investigation will by no means sold, shared or rented. Client information is kept 100% confidential.

First we will consider your problem. If we agree to work, then the probability is practically 100%. An important thing is that we give you real guarantees. In contrast to our not so numerous competitors, we always work only with guaranty, because our detectives are professionals. We have successfully accomplished many complex tasks before. We have always been able to complete the work.

The cost of our work strongly depends on the complexity of the task. We do not issue an invoice every time a consultant lifts the telephone or makes a note. Clients are always provided with an agreed budget which will not be exceeded without permission. Clients can terminate any assignment at any time without the need to give a reason and without penalty. Further, if we believe the objectives of an assignment are not being achieved, we will say so without hesitation. If we think we have not lived up to our standards, we will reduce or waive our fees. We will always be available when needed.

It depends on the complexity of the work and the region. Timeframe is given to the client before start working.

We will send the detailed report to you by E-mail, fax or by usual slow post, if you need. If the investigation demands, then the report will be detailed in hours and minutes plus photos. We can also send you audio and video files or tape.
